  • As proper insurance is taken, we stand responsible for all lost in mail or defective items received.

  • Due to high shipping cost all our electronics are fully tested & Quality controlled & inspected before shipping

  • If an item were damaged during shipment, the buyer is responsible for reporting such damages to the seller and the shipping company within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Defective item will be repaired or replaced by a brand new unit All return shipping charges are at your cost.

  • We only replace or refund payment when the item has been returned to us. If the unit is found defective we will refund the return shipping cost also.
